The 37th AGM of the British Andrology Society will be held at 12 midday on Friday 17th July 2015 at Charles Darwin House, 12 Roger Street, London, WC1N 2JU. This will be during the “Andrology Open Floor” meeting (more details).
As per our Articles of Association this is the calling notice to our membership for that meeting. As required one third of the directorships of the Association are opened for election at each AGM. On this occasion the directors retiring by rotation are:
Prof. Sheena Lewis (Chair)
Prof William (Bill) V Holt (Ordinary Member)
Mr Asif Muneer (Ordinary Member)
All these members may choose to stand again and be reappointed by open election if they wish. The positions are open for any members of the Society and this is an open call for nominations.
Any member wishing to stand must inform our administrator and the Hon.Secretary in writing not less than fourteen days before the AGM. This can be scanned and attached to an email to: J.KirkmanBrown@bham.ac.uk AND S.J.Magson@bham.ac.uk
